Assistant Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Assists manager by performing related duties.
  • Supports staff results by communicating job expectations and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Customer Service Rep

Customer Service Representative responsibilities

  • Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
  • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
  • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies

Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments

Showroom Sales Rep

Showroom Sales Representative 


Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service to designers visiting or calling the showroom through successful engagement: thoughtfully answering questions, sharing comprehensive information about our products and services, and provide samples for their projects.

Work with Business Development Managers to achieve key sales account targets.

Help them to achieve quote to order conversion rate targets.

Key Activities

· Engage customers by asking questions about their projects and learning about their needs

· Follow-up on quotes and stay close to projects through to installation

· Develop deep expertise around our products, our capabilities, and our services to discover how we may add value to designer's business

· Carefully qualify projects to develop comprehensive understanding of customer objectives while determining how we may be of best service

· Share products, capabilities, and services, and provide customers with appropriate product samples based on their project needs

· Provide support to sales team as requested including doing quotes or order entry when necessary

· Track sample distribution and follow up with clients who took samples

· Track and maintain inventory of samples and showroom supplies and reorders as needed

· Maintain organized and orderly showroom

· Answer phones calls, provide information and create call log to ensure transparency for all team members

· Follow up on customer emails and voicemails; either solving the query or transitioning to sales team as appropriate
